POLICIES


Shipping- 

Orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Once your shipping label is printed you will receive a notification with tracking information for your parcel.

If your address is found to be incomplete or incorrect, we will make a single attempt to contact you to correct the error. If we do not hear back within 10 business days the order will be canceled and a refund issued.

If orders are to be delayed for any reason, we will have an announcement on our homepage, or you will be notified directly.

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages become the responsibility of the customer. A claim will need to be made through USPS. We cannot cover or refund the cost of lost packages or their contents, but we will do our best to assist you with any information you need to file your claim should the situation arise.  

Sister Petra is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes that may be applied to international orders by customs officials. 

 

Returns & Exchanges - 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, and measurements provided with each listing. Due to the nature of vintage and found items, slight flaws and patina should be expected. We find these give character and uniqueness to the pieces. We pride ourself on the quality and condition of our products and will always note any major distressing on an item. 

If your purchase arrives and you are unsatisfied with the condition of your item, please contact us at SisterPetraVintage@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

If an arrangement is made for a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses and any lost or damaged goods. Return tracking must be purchased and sent to us via email at SisterPetraVintage@gmail.com for a return to be considered.
